Sizes vary by style, and because underwear is final sale for hygiene reasons, it's worth checking before you order. Here's the quick map. Each product page has the exact range, plus the model's height and size where we have it.

How to measure

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
Between sizes? Size up. Comfort wins.
